BIP OFF brings together large and small exhibitions that revolve around the building and the central exhibition of BIP2026. Like islands close to each other, embedded in the cultural landscape of Liège and the surrounding area, all the way to the Euregio, these independent artistic proposals enrich and complement the BIP2026 programme, making the event a celebration of the visual arts throughout the city and beyond.
